Available Positions
Seeking educated, innovative individuals who possess excellent telephone and
computer skills for our Research Associate position. We conduct research over
the telephone and Internet for big name companies and organizations nationwide.
No selling!
Resolution Research is one of the nation’s premier research firms providing a
full range of services in questionnaire design & development, data collection,
tabulation, statistical analysis, reporting, and marketing. We have openings for
evening including part-time or full-time. This would be a great experience for
any high school or college student interested in Marketing, Communications or
Research.
Skills/Requirements:
- Great phone skills required
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word
- Must be articulate and congenial with a positive, upbeat attitude!
- Grasps new concepts quickly
- Ability to multitask and work on diverse projects
- Must be willing to take on new tasks with energy & enthusiasm
- Excellent work ethic, which includes timeliness and consistency
- Works well under pressure
Additional Preferences:
- Familiarity with any or all of the following areas: Market Research, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Service
- Experience with interviewing people
